Youth Leadership Academy

The Youth Leadership Academy is a comprehensive 6-month program designed to develop the next generation of community leaders in Abuesi. Participants engage in workshops covering public speaking, project management, conflict resolution, and community organizing. The program includes mentorship from established community leaders and culminates in participants implementing their own community improvement projects. We focus on building confidence, critical thinking skills, and a sense of civic responsibility. Graduates often become advocates for positive change in their schools, families, and broader community.
